"Good location & lots of parking. Friendly staff. Relaxing treatment room with heated bed and nice soft lighting. Loved my hydrafacial treatment!"
"I have just finished my course of 6 hydrafacial and 3 sessions of Retinol 3% face peels. I had hydrafacial in the past at a different clinic, but Crownwood MediSpa gave me a completely different experience of the hydrafacial.
Not just the atmosphere is so much calmer, the therapist Alice paid a great attention to my skin. And she gave me good advices of my skincare routine, e.g. using Retinol at home to keep up the result of hydrafacial. My skin texture and pigmentation on my face has improved since.
The medispa has recently refurbished. It looks so smart and luxurious. I would highly recommend Crownwood Medispa."
HydraFacial is a deep cleansing and hydrating facial treatment. It’s the only treatment that combines cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, hydration and antioxidant protection simultaneously, for healthy, clear and revitalised skin.
HydraFacial can address many skin concerns and is commonly used to improve:
HydraFacial treatment has 3 stages with 6 steps, detox, cleanse and exfoliate, acid peel, extract debris, hydration and essential nutrient support to protect and rebuild collagen levels.
Starting with a lymphatic drainage to improve the skins circulation and drain away toxins, it then deep cleanses the skin using a gentle vacuum, an abrasive tip is then used to exfoliate dead skin cells. A glycolic peel is applied to the skin which helps to break up any dirt and oil that are clogging the pores.
Next a HydraPeel tip is used to vacuum out any blackheads, dirt oil and impurities in a gentle fashion without causing any breakage of the skin or discomfort to the patient.
The skin is then hydrated and nourished using a serum infused with a blend of hyaluronic acid and antioxidants.
Lastly a multifunction LED light mask is applied to the skin for more skin rejuvenation and soothing.
We are delighted to have Alice Hau as our facial rejuvenation Therapist. She has a long and impressive background in the UK facial aesthetics industry and has worked for an impressive list of renowned clinics and beauty spas in Central London.

The HydraFacial treatment is suitable for all skin types. Oily skin, normal skin, sensitive skin, dry skin or a combination of different skin types/conditions.
The premium 6 step HydraFacial treatment is a 45 minute session.
The amount of treatments required will depend on the individual and their skin type/condition. For optimal results we would usually recommend a course of 6 treatments at 4 to 6 week intervals. However many patients choose to have a treatment every month to ensure their skin remains healthy.
Patients will feel a gentle painless suction on the skin from the vortex device as it clears the skin and cleanse pores. The remainder of the treatment is relaxing and soothing for the patients.
Yes, Hydrafacial is a non-laser, non-invasive and non-ablative treatment, making it virtually painless and very safe.
The risk of side effects occurring from HydraFacial is very low.
Some people have reported having an allergic reaction to certain ingredients. However this will all be discussed at your consultation to avoid any issues.
Unlike other facials or skincare products HydraFacial treatment will not cause rashes, inflammation, or peeling.
Results are immediately noticeable after the first treatment. Your skin will appear fresh, rejuvenated and hydrated, this will usually last up to 2 weeks with optimal results seen after the full course of 6 treatments.
Results can be maintained by undertaking the treatment on a monthly basis.
