Fantastic practice!!

I highly recommend this practice!! I have just started treatment for Invisalign at the practice. Dr Wong and his team were extremely polite and friendly but above all else, everything that happened during my time there was explained clearly to me to ensure I knew what was being done to my teeth. And I was given everything I needed to ensure I take care of my braces.

My wife and I came to Dr Wong and CrownWood Dental following a few years of neglect at a nearby dental surgery. Dr Wong listened to us and how we felt about our state of oral health and, slowly, slowly with the help of his first-rate hygienists, are now enjoying pretty good dental health.

CrownWood Dental is welcoming from the moment you enter the door. The receptionists are welcoming and helpful, the waiting area spotless with comfortable chairs and newspapers, magazines and a TV. Dr Wong's immaculately kept surgery looks out on to a leafy wooded area which helps you to relax. Dr Wong's manner is friendly and puts you at ease. You're in the hands of a master craftsman and you know it!

My wife has had a beautiful set of composite veneers and whitening to her front teeth which makes her look younger. In my job at Heathrow Airport, I get to see a lot of Americans who have had veneer and whitening treatment and it is always noticeable as unnatural. My wife's looks completely natural. Why composites, you may ask? Dr Wong's philosophy is never to destroy healthy teeth unnecessarily!

Dr Wong is absolutely passionate about his profession and invests heavily in the latest equipment. A specialist machine produces his own crowns to match the exact profile of your tooth so you don't need to return a second time for it to be fitted. That's what your paying for when you decide to go private.

I would like to express to you how pleased I am with the implant that you fitted for me in June 2008. It has remained firm with no problems at all, and visually is a great improvement on the previous capped tooth that was in place.

Also despite the poor jawbone structure that was encountered I was pleased that you were able to fix the implant using my own bone material and did not have to use any artificial or re-constituted bone mass products. I was also very impressed with the skill that was shown in doing this and I can honestly say that the procedure was not painful and that i did not even need to take painkillers afterwards.

I would in the future return for any further implants with complete confidence, as I feel it is likely more capped teeth will fail with my advancing years, and can fully recommend the process to anyone looking for a totally satisfactory replacement to their own teeth and therefore avoiding denture.

I just wanted to thank you for the way you reassured me in the clinic yesterday morning, and for the totally comfortable procedure to remove my molar. I have to admit that, after doing a bit of research on the internet beforehand, I felt a little uncertain of the outcome (not in any way a reflection on your professional skill, but simply the "mechanics" of the operation and the possibilities for complications!).

However, you made me feel very relaxed about it all, and I hope that you did not find my questions too personal whilst we were waiting for the anaesthetic to have its effect. If you did, I must apologise, because I did not mean to be intrusive, and would certainly not wish to offend you in any way, but the truth is that I found you very easy to chat with, and I am afraid that I have a rather enquiring mind, so please forgive me!

I already feel better after the operation and, apart from not being able to eat properly yet(!), I am feeling fine this morning and have stopped taking the painkillers. Thank you so much for your care, and I trust you will not mind my having contacted you in this way.

I would like to thank both you and your dental nurse for the patience and gentleness you showed me when I had my wisdom tooth extracted last Wednesday, I apologise for being so much trouble.

I did exactly what you said when I got home with the peas and pain killers and have very little swelling or pain, of course the area is sore which is only to be expected.

I have since learnt that my cousin had the same trouble as me and it took her dentist nearly two hours to extract hers! she also had a hooked root (I'm glad she didn't tell me before I came to you otherwise I might have been even worse!).

On requiring treatment after several years of neglect, I was pleasantly surprised at the welcome I received by all staff members I came into contact with, a far cry from what I had experienced in the past.

A treatment plan was arranged after a detailed discussion between myself, my dentist Aman and his assistant Pam. As I required an extraction, IV treatment was fully explained, and as "petrified" didn't cover how I felt, I was put at ease by the assurance of Aman and Pam.

On the day of treatment I was too anxious to eat and was offered a glucose drink. On entering the actual treatment room, I was made to feel so relaxed, the atmosphere was friendly and when treatment began I was totally unaware due to the IV injection. My filling and extraction went perfectly smoothly and I couldn't believe it when advised treatment had finished.

My teeth and gums now look and feel much healthier and I have no hesitation in returning in the future. Well done to all concerned, a pleasant experience all round.

I have had many appointments this past year with CrownWood and before my first visit to them I had a terrible fear of the Dentist the thought of going would make me call and cancel. At CrownWood from the moment you walk in your welcomed by happy friendly staff at the front desk. The waiting room is comfortable and warm with a TV to relax before your appointment. My Dentist was Dr Aman Ruprah words can not express how grateful I am to this Wonderful Dentist.

Dr Aman advised and supported me through the first time process from the beginning to the end, knowing I was apprehensive, anxious and with absolutely no confidence in my former smile. He changed all that with his exceptional dental skills, as well as genuine care and patience and was very sympathetic to my fears as a whole. This Dental Practice is not local to me in fact I would travel an hour each way just to see them. It is local to my parents but I would not change now I have found a truly Great Dentist and Team.

The Dental nurses are all again so lovely and Friendly you can see they all make a good working team. I'd like to Thank all at CrownWood and wanted to take the time to write this review as I feel a good Dentist is so hard to find and I have found mine. A recommended Dental Clinic for anyone.

As you are aware I recently became a patient at your Practice under the care of Dr Aman Ruprah and following an initial examination and X-rays agreed that I needed considerable dental repair work to be carried out.

This has all now been successfully and very satisfactorily completed; and I write to commend not only Dr Ruprah, who is a charming and most personable young man, and a thoroughly competent and expert dentist but your whole Staff. Jaky, Dr Ruprah's Dental Nurse, is a delightful, cheerful and quietly competent assistant who is, obviously, very successful in her chosen career.

Laura and Pam (Reception) who are always charming, smiling and very helpful; they are also very efficient at answering the telephone and assisting with any appointment difficulties.
